Order Fulfillment Policies for Online Quran Classes & Tutoring Services

At eRazaOnlineAcademy, we are committed to providing transparent and customer-friendly policies to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our students and parents. GO BACK

1️⃣ Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality tutoring services. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund terms:

  • Trial Classes: Any paid trial classes are fully refundable if you decide not to continue after the trial period.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly plans are only applicable if requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle, provided that less than 3 classes have been attended.
  • Non-Refundable: After the initial 7 days, payments are non-refundable as tutors are scheduled and reserved for your sessions.
  • Missed Classes: Missed classes due to student absence without prior notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion. Max 2 makeup classes can be requested in a month. GO BACK

2️⃣ Shipping or Delivery Policy

As an online service provider, all our tutoring sessions are delivered virtually via platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or our dedicated learning portal.

  • Service Activation: Once payment is confirmed, your classes will be scheduled within 24-48 hours.
  • Access: Class schedules and login details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • There are no physical goods shipped. GO BACK

3️⃣ Return Policy & Process

Since we provide digital services, a traditional return policy does not apply. However:

  • If you experience any technical issues or dissatisfaction within the first week, please contact our support team.
  • We will work to resolve issues promptly, which may include offering additional classes or partial refunds based on the situation. GO BACK

4️⃣ Cancellation Policy

We offer flexibility to our students while maintaining fairness to our tutors:

  • Class Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a class by notifying us at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the class being marked as completed.
  • Subscription Cancellation:
    • You may cancel your subscription anytime by notifying us via email or WhatsApp.
    • If canceled mid-month, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
  • Service Termination by Us: We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of policy violations or non-payment, with prior notice. GO BACK
