2. Our Services

eRazaOnlineAcademy provides live online Quran and Islamic education services for children and adults.

• Other Quran education programs offered by the academy

Classes may be delivered through Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Google Meet, or other online platforms selected by the academy.

3. Registration

Customers must provide accurate and current information when registering for our services.

For students under 18, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that students attend scheduled classes, have appropriate internet access and equipment, and follow the academy’s policies.

5. Free Trial Classes

Where offered, eRazaOnlineAcademy provides a free trial class so that students and parents can evaluate our teaching method and learning environment.

A free trial does not guarantee continued enrollment with the same teacher or schedule.

6. Class Scheduling

Class schedules are arranged according to teacher availability and the student’s preferred schedule.

The academy may make reasonable schedule changes because of teacher availability, illness, holidays, technical problems, emergencies, or other circumstances.

7. Attendance

Students are expected to attend classes at the scheduled time.

Parents should notify the academy as early as possible if a student cannot attend a scheduled class.

8. Online Class Conduct

Students, parents, guardians, teachers, and staff must communicate respectfully.

Harassment, bullying, threats, abusive language, discrimination, deliberate disruption, or other inappropriate conduct is not permitted.

The academy may suspend or terminate services in serious or repeated cases.

9. Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a suitable device, reliable internet connection, microphone, speakers/headphones, and any required software.

The academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student’s device, internet connection, electricity outage, or local network.

10. Teacher Changes

The academy may assign or change teachers when reasonably necessary because of teacher availability, illness, scheduling conflicts, operational requirements, or other reasonable circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, lesson plans, worksheets, videos, graphics, logos, and educational resources provided by eRazaOnlineAcademy or Premio Services LLC remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

Materials may not be copied, resold, distributed, published, or commercially used without written permission.

12. Educational Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to provide quality educational services and qualified teachers. However, we do not guarantee any specific academic, memorization, examination, or educational outcome.

Student progress depends on attendance, practice, effort, participation, learning ability, and other factors.

Our services may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, WhatsApp, payment processors, and other online services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
